The Torah was given on Mount Sinai in the year 2448 from Creation, which is 3,335 years ago which is 1312 years before the common era which is measured from 2023 years ago. Forty years after that, Moshe Rabbeinu (Moses our Teacher) was instructed by G-d Al-mighty to write it in various forms including in the Torah Scroll that is lovingly copied by hand from generation to generation and in regular use for public Torah readings at least four times each week. The Oral Torah predates even that with Adam, the first man, learning the Torah directly from G-d Al-mighty, and that teaching being passed through Seth, Chenoch, Shem and Ever to Avrohom, Yitzchok and Jacob, our Fathers, and then through the tribes, particularly the tribe of Levi, which Moses our Teacher is from.
The Torah is probably about 1000 years older. Torah was written about 450 BCE and Quran was written approximately 620-630 CE
