Rabbi Yitzchok Dovid Smith became a rabbi to learn the truth and teach the truth. He became a lawyer to help others speak the truth. He studied molecular biology, virology and infectious diseases at the University of California at Berkeley, and he knows the truth. You may have heard of him as the lawyer for Dr. Yosef Glassman who is fighting to stop euthanasia in New Jersey. You may have seen his letter showing the false information that was used by the public health officials to bully the rabbis into closing synagogues and yeshivas. And, now you can see and hear him for yourself.
Rabbi Smith:
I am so happy to be here.
I want to start with a Psalm 23: מִזְמ֥וֹר לְדָוִ֑ד ה׳ רֹ֜עִ֗י לֹ֣א אֶחְסָֽר: which means the L–rd is my shepherd and I shall not want.
And that is what we all have to remember that the L–rd is our Shepherd and we will not want.
Eternal Truth
It is really incredible to be here with everybody to hear, as it says, let freedom ring in the land, and everyone calling out freedom, calling out in G-d We Trust and what I’m here today to talk about is the Torah, which we don’t call the Old Testament, because there’s nothing old about it. It is really G-d’s living Truth, the Eternal Wisdom that G-d Almighty has granted to humanity and charged the Jewish people with the responsibility to teach it to the entire world. And that’s what I’m here today to talk in the name of, and our mission is to share the message of hope there’s a G-d of Abundance in this world. There is a G-d that provides everything that we need all the time, and that is the hope and the message of hope that we are here to spread to every single human being.
I also want to take a moment to recognize that we are not just here to speak to the thousands of people that are here, but the eight, almost nine million human beings who live in the state of New Jersey. They all need to hear this message.
We all need to hear this message of hope.
We also need to recognize that we are here at this rally because we have been gifted by G-d with the United States of America to have the ability to come here and speak freely.
I want to take a moment to recognize our fellow human beings that right now are in prison in the country of New Zealand, they are in prison in the country of Australia. When I say in prison, I mean every single human being in the country in New Zealand is in prison right now. They make it sound nice because they give you a bathroom and you can still watch TV and you can go to the kitchen and turn your microwave on whenever you want, but it’s still a prison.
And the people of Israel right now are in the biggest prison of all, the Jews and the Arabs and the Druze and the Bedouins and the Christians of Israel are now in a tyrannical prison, where they cannot even leave to do their own businesses. They are shutting down the synagogues, which will not be open on Yom Kippur.
This is something that has been done in the name of public health. Public health is what they use to justify the destruction of humanity, the arrest of everybody.
And I apologize to the people in other countries that I’m not listing right now and the state of affairs in every single country, but I can tell you there are many countries in lockdown right now, which we have to call what it is, it is government prison.
And they want to accomplish that in the United States of America. That is the plan in the second wave. There are doctors calling for an 18-month shutdown of this country and the goal is going to pit every American against everyone else, and earlier people called out to the police officers over there, the state troopers can hear this also, because they are going to be asked to follow orders that go against the Constitution of the United States and that pit them against the people.
And they need to remember that they answer only to G-d and they answer to the Constitution of the United States and they have no reason to follow orders that are against the people. That’s what we have to make it clear that this is G-d’s divine instruction and we have to support every police officer and every health department official and let them know what G-d expects of them, and G-d does not expect them to follow unconstitutional and unlawful orders. He expects them to protect the people and secure their rights. That is the job.
So we are here today -- why are we here?
Crowd: Freedom. To fight for our freedom.
Rabbi Smith: Why do we need to fight for our freedoms?
Crowd: Because we are free.
Spiritual Problem
Rabbi Smith: Why aren’t we as free as we ought to be? Because we have a spiritual problem. We have a spiritual problem, that G-d was taken out of our schools. Children are forced to go to a schooling system that does not educate them about G-d.
And the Lubavitcher Rebbe said that people make a mistake when they look at what happened in Germany and the Holocaust, they think it is about anti-Semitism.
What it’s really about is that decades before the Nazis came to power, the knowledge of G-d was removed from the German school system. They raised a generation of people that did not know the difference between right and wrong. They followed orders. Every single one followed orders in the name of public health because the Nazi party was about public health, getting the best health for everybody.
That is what they are able to accomplish when you take G-d out of the school, then people no longer know the difference between right and wrong, because your only compass without G-d is your logic and your logic can prove anything and will prove anything, whatever justification you can come up with. So we have a spiritual problem.
And our spiritual problem is that G-d was taken out of the system. We have to bring G-d back into our lives. And the real -- people were talking here about a war and the real war is between the knowledge of the G-d of abundance and the cult of scarcity.
Remember this, it is all about you either believe in the G-d of abundance or you believe in the cult of the scarcity. The cult of scarcity is always telling us there is not enough. There is not enough air. There is not enough water. But it always comes down to one problem, the people are the problem. Humanity is the problem in the cult of scarcity. They want you to believe that there’s not enough space.
Thomas Malthus in the 1880’s said the world population needed to be restricted through war and suffering through starvation, G-d forbid that people would say such a thing. That is the ideology behind public health, that there’s not enough. That there is scarcity. That is the cult of scarcity. You have a choice every moment with every thought, either to believe in the G-d of abundance or the cult of scarcity.
Now what do we see in cults? In cults, you restrict who has access to information. In every cult there is a priesthood. In order to get into the cult, you have to join and go up the ranks. You have to be subservient. You have to stay with the priests that know.
And then when you get to the top, you realize there are more levels and more restrictions of information. That is what we are living through today. The priests of our time are what they call the experts. They want to tell you that you are not allowed to use your common sense, because you’re not an expert. You are not allowed to think for yourself, because the experts say otherwise.
Why I don’t get into the debates over the expertise and the numbers is because if we brought a hundred experts right here to prove the truth of why individual health is so important, they would say, well, that’s really nice, but there’s ten thousand experts on the other side or a hundred thousand experts. It’s never about the truth. It is about the cult of expertise.
I want to tell you now something from the Torah. This is what we need to walk away with. We need to walk away with lessons today that are going to change our lives, and change the lives of everyone that we reach.
G-d’s vision for humanity – G-d created every single human being in His Own Image and every single human being is given a lease on his own soul and his own body to do what is necessary to promote the greatest possible life for that person.
Health in the Torah, health in Judaism, begins by first recognizing what it says in the Torah, “for I am the L-rd your G-d, your healer.” (Exodus 15:26) All health comes from G-d Almighty.
G-d gave permission to somebody who is called a healer to assist in that process. It doesn’t require a degree. In the Torah, there are no degrees for doctors.
If you are a healer, you have to meet the following requirements.
First you have to know healing comes from G-d.
Number two is you have to be committed for the healing of your patients.
Number three is you have to be an expert on the conditions you are addressing.
Number four, you have to have a personal relationship with your patients. You cannot make pronouncements for people that you never met. You cannot say that everyone must do this, because you never met them. That is not a healer according to the Torah.
So, we have to realize that we are the ones charged with the right and the responsibility by G-d Almighty for our individual health and we have to make the choices based on the advice of our own understanding, our own eternal G-dly wisdom based on the healer that we will take consultation with, based on your spiritual mentor.
That is the answer.
So when they come and say to you, well, are you from a justified religious position on vaccinations, can you explain the tenants of your religion why you can take a vaccine? Here is the answer, because the answer I’m giving you is the answer of the Torah and like I said in the beginning, the Torah is for all mankind, no matter what particular belief you may have.
When they ask you what religion says that you don’t have to take a vaccine? The answer is the Torah, which was given by G-d Almighty on Mount Sinai to all of humanity says that you are responsible for making your own decisions and you do not have to take anyone else’s health decisions for you, or let them force you to take anything.
I know there are signs over here, if you can hold that, “where there is a risk there must be choice.” I’d like to offer, and no offense, I know you put a lot of work into that sign, but I want to take it a step further.
There must always be choice. Even if they come and tell you there is no risk. If they say, for example, everybody has to drink a cup of water in the morning and a cup of water in the afternoon, is there a risk? No. But there must always be choice because the choice is always yours. Otherwise we get into the question of how big the risk is. We are going to argue all day. Is it a risk? Is it not a risk? What is the benefit of the risk versus the other risks?
Drop all those debates. They are just distractions from the fact that the choice is mine and the choice is yours. If they came up today and said everyone take hydroxychloroquine, that is not the right thing to say, because they never met me. It’s my choice. It doesn’t matter whether it works or not. I have a choice.
Public Health is the Problem
This is really the whole concept of what public health is about as opposed to the Torah.
The Torah says you have individual responsibilities for your own well-being and you get to make the choice.
Public health says no, no, it is not about you as the individual; it is all about the public as a whole. What’s the statistical benefit for the public as a whole and it has nothing to do with health.
It has to do with government control. If you go online and look up public health, if you find an honest definition, it will say, “improvement of the health of the public through government mandates and control.” That is what public health is. It is not about public health and it is not for your benefit.
What people don’t realize is that public health has been coming to force their mandates on people for hundreds of years. I’ve seen pictures of the great demonstrations with hundreds of thousands of people trying to stop forced vaccinations in Canada and other places in the early 1900s.
Everyone today wants to believe that the Holocaust was merely an anti-Semitic spasm.
The Holocaust was actually the most efficient implementation of public health.
When the Nazis came to power, and you can read the books from the people at the time, the Germans who opposed the Nazis, they talk about the mind games that were played, pitting people against each other and how they got control of the population in the name of public health.
They started immediate sterilization campaigns against the German population for anyone who is ‘not worthy’ of having children.
And then later on in 1938, they started the euthanasia campaign for lives unworthy of life. The doctors euthanized the patients who were terminally ill, disabled children, and burdens on the healthcare system.
Someone sent me a poster yesterday in German from the 1930s, showing a picture of a disabled man in a wheelchair and it said 60,000 Reichsmarks. This man is costing you 60,000 Reichsmarks per month to keep him alive, preparing the population to have him eliminated because he’s a burden on the healthcare system. He is not worth taking care of. He is a life unworthy of life, and so they started to euthanize the people.
When the German population found this out, they rose up and made demonstrations. The Nazis were forced to retreat on the gassing of these patients, and instead starved them in their hospital beds and overdosed them with medicine to eliminate them.
These same doctors became the doctors in the death camps. For every Jew who came to a death camp was met by a doctor who made a selection, are you essential or are you not essential? Are you worthy of being able to be productive and work, you go to the side of life. If you look like a person can’t be essential, you go to the side, G-d forbid, of death.
That was done by doctors, the same doctors that were eliminating sick and unwell and became the doctors in the death camps.
What terminology is used today? Who is ‘essential’ and who is ‘not essential’! If you don’t meet the government’s definition, you can’t make a living. That was never voted on. There is no legislation anywhere that says essential or not essential. If you don’t meet the definition of essential, you are not allowed to make a living. You are forced to either starve or become a ward of the state.
This is public health, because they are telling you it is for your benefit, but they are deciding who is essential and not essential, whose lives are worthy of life and unworthy of life.
When the Nazis had the definition lives unworthy of life, they expanded it from the ill, from the disabled children to the Jews. But they weren’t going to stop there. Goebbels, may his name be erased, Nazi Minister of Propaganda, said once they finish with the Jews, they’re going to kill all the Poles, all the Polish people and then all the Ukrainians. It was a massive campaign of euthanasia, the most efficient and effective machinery ever.
We must make sure that this public health machinery does not gain any further hold and the campaign is not really just to stop them from gaining further hold, we need to unwind it, because they are now controlling our hospitals. They are now controlling how medical decisions are made in this country.
So this is how the public health ideology, this public health religion, which is from the cult of scarcity, functions - there’s not enough to go around, they say. That is why the New York State Bar Association Health Law Committee says not only should everybody be mandated to take the vaccine, but since there are ‘scarce’ health care resources, it is time to start rationing them. This is what they are coming in to do now.
The vaccines are merely a flashpoint, because no one wants to take the vaccine. While we are talking about vaccines, meanwhile, a lot of other things are happening in the state and country that are taking away our ability to be living free human beings.
This ideology is so bullying, so compulsive that they came to the rabbis in the state of New Jersey in March of this year and they told them, using the lies of shortage, the lies of a cult of scarcity, they said if you don’t close the synagogues and the yeshivas, there’s going to be a shortage of ventilators.
And you know what, these good-hearted rabbis, they don’t want anyone to die, so they thought maybe that made sense, but they were bullied into it, because when they were asked questions about how many were sick or how many people might get sick, they were manipulated, “Rabbi, do you want to take responsibility for all the people who are may die?” They manipulated and bullied the rabbis into falling into line, and then Governor Murphy was able to say, and it’s true, he never closed the synagogues. The rabbis did it for them. And why the rabbis did it for him is that they were bullied with false information and lies about the cult of shortage, the cult of scarcity. The lie that there won’t be enough.
The lesson to take away is when you hear there is not enough, someone is lying to you, because we live in the world of G-d’s abundance. Unfortunately, these rabbis were told that the cult of scarcity needs their service and cooperation. It needs them to take action and close the synagogues and close the yeshivas.
What a tragedy for this country that was founded on the principle that every man and woman is able to worship in freedom. Every man and woman is able to worship and assemble and educate their children as they see fit. Instead, they were convinced to close all this that has been the building blocks of this country.
And what a loss it is for this country, because do you know what happens in a synagogue? The Jews come together to come to pray for the welfare of every single human being.
On Rosh Hashanah, which was last week, and on Yom Kippur, that’s coming up Sunday night, Monday, the Jews gather together to pray for the welfare of every single human being.
And when the Jewish boys and girls gather together to learn Torah, they are studying the principles of the value of every single human being that G-d told us on Mount Sinai.
If only the people of New Jersey would know how important a synagogue is, they would make cordons around it. Those police officers would go and protect the synagogues and say to the governor, “we will not let them be closed.” And the yeshivas. The police officers and many of the brave police chiefs in this state said that “we will not enforce the governor’s orders. We will protect the yeshivas. We will make sure that Torah learning continues, because this is G-d’s wisdom and a message, his message for all humanity, we will not let someone dictate who can a study G-d’s Torah.”
So how do we turn this into action? I hope you are okay with me continuing to speak, because this is so vitally important for everyone to hear it. We have to go to the big picture here. The big picture is the war of public health, the war against the people.
They use all kinds of language. It is interesting. If you go talk to one of these rabbis who closed his synagogue and his yeshiva, he will tell you the statistics that the public health officials are telling them to use. They have been so convinced with the information, they have are unfortunately promoting the same public health fear mongering that is necessary to get the people to comply.
So number one is that vaccines are merely a flashpoint.
We have to see the entire picture. There is a lot more going on. As I said, the essential versus the nonessential. Do not -- Officers over there, don’t take comfort from the fact that you are listed as essential, because one day they may change the definition and decide you’re not essential anymore, state troopers, they want to bring in a federal police force.
And don’t think you’re going to save your jobs and your pensions by following orders. As a matter of fact, we see in every single revolution -- Troopers, listen up, in every revolution, the first people who are killed are the people who supported the revolution. Anyone who thinks they will save their lives and their jobs and their pensions by following orders is making a grave mistake. Read history.
The first people who died were the storm troopers that had brought the power-hungry public health Nazis into power. Those that survived by working their way up and getting promotions by being exceedingly ruthless, they got justice afterwards. Justice will be served. You are not going to save yourself by cooperating. Take that message back to every police officer. That is what I tell the police officers, I say, first officer, just take off your mask. The United States of America, the Constitution does not allow masked police officers. And then I explain to the officer what I just said.
So really what this is coming down to is this war on the first commandment G-d gives to all of humanity, the commandment to be fruitful and multiply. This is where we come head-to-head, the G-d of abundance comes face-to-face with the cult of scarcity, because they say there is not enough room and there is not enough food for these kids.
What are you doing having three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 kids? Don’t you realize there’s a shortage? There’s not enough education out there. There’s not enough health supply. There’s not enough college. There’s not enough water. There’s not enough air.
All these are lies.
In G-d’s world abundance, there is enough for eight billion human beings, 18 billion, 80 billion, and 800 billion human beings.
G-d will take care of every one of your children.
If you and your wife have been following the lies and you are thinking whether to have more children and you’ve decided it has going to be too expensive for college, that’s a lie. Go home and tell your wife what you heard here. Tell your husband what you heard here.
Have more children, because having children is the ultimate expression of faith in G-d Almighty. He will take care of this child from the moment of conception throughout his entire life for 120 years on this Earth.
So this is what we need in America, in this state of “liberty and prosperity.” “Liberty and Prosperity” is the slogan of the State of New Jersey. Did you know that? That’s why we are here, to uphold liberty and prosperity.
We are one
I also want to mention to you that we face another big lie, and that is the lie of the separation. We’re told that you White people, you stick to yourselves and you talk about what’s important to you and you Black people talk about the things that are important to you and you Hispanics, you stay over there.
The fact of the matter is we saw today from the incredible speakers that came that every single human being is created in G-d’s image and is on the same page. One of the prior speakers had a shirt that said Newark lives matter. Newark lives matter means every human being’s lives matter.
Here is what we need to know.
Someone said let’s build bridges among communities. We don’t need to build bridges. The fact of the matter is, the bridges aren’t needed because bridges span between two separate islands.
We are already one humanity.
Watch out for anyone who comes and tells you all kinds of warnings of what’s going to go wrong. That has no call to action. Watch out for anyone who tells you all the terrible things they are planning and then it makes it sound like that is the inevitable side and you are going to become a slave to be implanted with a chiop. There is nothing inevitable except for G-d.
And it is only your personal choice whether you decide to become a slave or not become a slave. They cannot force you to become a slave, only if you volunteer to accept every one of their rules and regulations and you agree to participate.
And, watch out for those who focus you on certain personalities as the problem or the solution. The personalities are just a distraction. This is a war of principles, not of personalities.
Action
Here is the call to action.
Number one, prayer. I like to suggest everyone find the book of Psalms and say Psalms 21, 22, and 69. Those are psalms that were traditionally said by the Jewish people when facing tremendous decrees of destruction. These are the Psalms you can say with your family.
Number two, we have to re-moralize the people. The people are demoralized because you have been fed the lies of the cult of scarcity. Instead, we need to re-moralize them. When you are feeling down, it is because you are not connected with G-d. When you feel like there is no hope, it is because you are not connected to G-d. You don’t need a psychologist. You need to connect with who you really are as a human being created in G-d’s image. So, you want to re-moralize people.
We also need to pull out all the stops. There is one bill that’s being considered now and the way these campaigns generally work is either we win or we lose. If we win, everyone lets down their guard. As I said before, there is a complete battle going on here on many different fronts.
We can’t let down our guard. And when people lose they say they lost so they give up and have no more choice, but the facts are, it is not over, because you still have the choice, and you have the right not to accept the mandate, even if G-d forbid there was to be a mandate, for the people can resist. It is G-d’s command that you make your own choice and G-d’s command overcomes.
The Constitution of the United States was based on G-d’s command. They can’t tell you, you have to listen to a law that is not based in G-d’s law and not based in the Constitution. And it doesn’t matter what the cult of experts say about what the Constitution means, including the lawyers and judges. They are part of the experts that we’ve turned our lives over to. That is not what the Constitution means. The Constitution says what we all know to be true, which is that every man was created and every woman was created in G-d’s Image and has these G-d given Rights and they cannot be taken from us, we can’t even surrender them, because they are inalienable.
Go home and speak to every single person. We are not here to have a rally and feel good. We are not here to have a rally to convince people in the assembly. We are here to talk to 8.8 million human beings in New Jersey. Go home and find them and keep talking to them.
Now the final point is that we have to keep in the forefront is hope. You can only become a slave, G-d forbid, when you give up hope. You must continue to spread hope. This is G-d’s message for humanity.
Hope! We will be successful in reaching every human being. Giving them the hope to know they were created in G-d’s image and He is a loving, abundant G-d who has given everything that humanity needs and we will have it.
G-d bless you. G-d bless your families. And G-d bless every single person you’re going to meet. G-d bless every human being in this world.
