In the midst of Sukkot/Succos - the message for everyone today
Highlights from this week's learning and events; An eternal message from the Torah about how G-d Al-mighty wants the Torah message of His Divine Wisdom to reach every single man, woman and child.
Did you know that the Torah has an eternal Divine Message that applies to every single human being? Authentic Torah learning grounds us in reality, both what we can observe and what is beyond our observation, grasp and even understanding, and leads to practical positive action. Positive for us and positive for those around us. Torah reveals our Divine Innate Spiritual Compass and brings our Spiritual Backbone to the forefront of life.
If you have adopted some or all of Enlightenment thinking, learning Torah will challenge everything you believe and hold dear.
In each Week’s Roundup, you will find a special topic, links to this week’s learning, the Torah perspective on current events, upcoming learning and action suggestions. This week we embrace G-d Al-mighty’s protection. Learn, take hope and take action, and share.
Some incredible things are happening right now:
Torah observant Jews around the world are praying every day throughout the Holiday of Succos for the well-being of the non-Jewish Nations. Learn more about it in the video below.
They are also following the Divine Torah Commandment to bring together four disparate plant species into a coordinated effort to reach all six directions of this physical world. This propels unity, not only among the Jewish People, but among non-Jewish people everywhere.
Torah observant Jews are eating, and many sleep, in the Succa which represents G-d Al-mighty’s protecting the Children of Israel during forty years of travel in the desert. It’s a lesson to every human being who desires, with Divine Assistance, to leave slavery and reach liberty, that G-d Al-mighty will be providing and taking care of you in the new unfamiliar territory. It’s a lesson that G-d Al-mighty, and not our buildings and militaries, is our only Security.
Succos is called the Time of Our Rejoicing. Dancing is the norm around the world with, for example, dancing in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, filling an entire street every night from 10 pm to 6 am.
Many non-Jews have inquired what they can or should do on Succos. I answer that in the following video:
Here are a few shorts that highlight the message:
