How far do we have to go to prevent an Arab abortion? All the way!
The Lubavitcher Rebbe expressed this in direct and moving terms. Let's move into action!
Torah forbids abortion and requires a Jew to do everything possible to prevent a non-Jew from having an abortion. Last week, we made clear the unequivocal Torah prohibition.
Now, let’s see what action is required of us, dear reader, Jew and non-Jew.
In 1980, the Sadigerer Rebbe met with the Lubavitcher Rebbe, as recounted below in Derher Magazine. They bemoaned how the anti-population mentality of the Cult of Scarcity was already deeply entrenched in the Israeli government and Israeli doctors. (A glossary of Hebrew and Yiddish terms follows.)

To understand more about why we need to fulfill the Divine Blessing and Commandment to have more children and increase the world population, catch up on the following three posts. Once you read them, or if you read them already, go further down for action items.
Actions:
Make a list of the ways in which you have been convinced to not marry, delay marriage, delay having children, space children, ‘plan children’, watch TV instead of having children, abort children and stop having children.
Take countermeasures. Take action to get married, get married earlier, have children immediately on getting married, let G-d Al-mighty handle the spacing and the planning, throw out the TV, bring pregnancies to term and don’t stop having children.
Spread this message to your children and your family and friends.
Post in the chat what you discover in Action #1 and the commitments and actions you took in Action #2 and the effect you had on others in Action #3.

This story about the Lubavitcher Rebbe touched me deeply. How does it touch you? Reply and let me know.
Rabbi Smith. Can I play the devil's advocate? I by no means am advocating abortion in my query. But what of the case of a woman who is not emotionally prepared to give birth? There are cases of women abusing their children because they either were not prepared for parenting or they were just of bad character (and sometimes outright evil). Then because of bad parenting the child grows up into a teenager and commits a terrible crime due to resentment of the bad parenting.
What is the solution in these cases? Do you suggest "counseling" for the woman who doesn't want to give birth or find another home for such a child?
I am interested to hear your opinion.
